Wendy D. Taylor, MS, serves as Chief Operating Officer, Board Member, and Co-Founder of Liferna. She has more than 25 years of operational and strategic leadership experience across the global biopharmaceutical industry, supporting programs in autoimmune disease, oncology, and RNA therapeutics.
Before co-founding Liferna, Ms. Taylor served as Vice President of Operations and Strategic Portfolio Management at Arcturus Therapeutics, where she helped scale the company from an early-stage biotech into a public clinical-stage company. She has led global collaborations with organizations including CSL, Johnson & Johnson, Takeda, Lilly, and CureVac, and managed large-scale partnership and development initiatives, including a $63 million BARDA-supported vaccine program.
