Johann Gudjonsson, MD, PhD, is an internationally recognized expert in dermatological immunology and translational medicine. He serves as the Arthur C. Curtis Professor of Skin Molecular Immunology at the University of Michigan and directs the Michigan Medicine Psoriasis Genetics and Immunology Lab.
His research has advanced understanding of inflammatory skin diseases including psoriasis and atopic dermatitis, helping identify key cytokine pathways and biomarkers that support next-generation therapeutic development. Dr. Gudjonsson has authored more than 200 peer-reviewed publications and serves as a scientific advisor across multiple industry-sponsored programs.
